At Ollin Fauna, every item is made-to-order to reduce waste and support intentional, conservation-driven apparel production. Because of this, please allow time for production before shipment.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after your order is placed. This includes production, quality checks, and packaging.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, shipping method, and order size.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us at info.ollinfauna@gmail.com within 20 days of the last tracking update. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Ollin Fauna is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately and we will do our best to update it before shipment.

Multiple Item Orders
Some orders may ship separately depending on product availability or fulfillment logistics. If this happens, you will receive separate tracking information for each package.
